Immediately turn left upon entrance pass bar turn right 2 unisex bathrooms in the back Clean safe. Not sure about purchase necessary. Or if you ask about what they would say. I would just walk to the back and they probably won't ask you. No signs that say only customers can use bathroom. So as long as shirt and shoes, assume you can use.
