Bathrooms are in the supermarket side. Find the wine, follow the freezers back to the far back corner. There's a small hallway behind the freezers at the back of the store where the bathrooms are. There are three - two 'family' bathrooms and one male/female signed one on the end, all single occupancy. The family bathrooms are handicap accessible with changing tables; the male/female one on the end lacks these amenities and is slightly smaller. Lever type door handles with a flip lock above that shows Vacant/In use outside the bathroom.
In my opinion and limited research, these are your best bathroom options in Greenville due to overall cleanliness, and being in a supermarket
