In the hallway between the main bar area and the dining area, across from the kitchen, there is a single unisex bathroom. I believe this is more of a restaurant environment during the day, so you might have to be more sneaky during the daytime. However, at night it is a bar where there is no cover so you can walk right in and use the bathroom.
