On the second floor on the part of the building away from Academy Street. If entering the building by Einstein’s Bagels, go up one floor by either the stairs or an elevator. Exiting the stairwell or the elevator, turn left. Walk straight down a long hallway. You will eventually pass through two wooden double doors. After passing through, walk forward and turn right when the hallway has a turn. Walk to the end of another long hallway. At the end, turn left briefly. Then, to your right, you should see the bathroom before you get to the stairs.
You will need to be associated with the university to use this bathroom, though during normal hours, you should be able to access the building without needing a key or a keycard. Also contains a shower.
