The bathroom is behind a non-de script green door by the shoe section.
If they forget to lock the door then you may be able to just walk right in, but you'd really need to look like you're browsing first. Otherwise, you'd have to ask the cashier. There are several signs in the area that say "No public restroom," so it seems like they may be reluctant to open the door for non-paying customers, especially considering that there is no clearly marked signage on the bathroom door; I thought they didn't have one until I asked the cashier at checkout. Also, not the cleanest restroom
