Second floor, near the back of the building. Can access by stairs or elevator. Come to think of it, I don't know if there are accessable railings in the bathroom.
Single occupant bathroom. They keep the key at the register, so you'll have to ask for it. They've never made me pay to use it, but I usually just grab a snack anyway.
