Head through lobby past elevators through lounge area and up stairs. Immediately to your left against the wall, before curtain leading to bar. Wheelchair lift is here too. No ramp though.
Alternatively, head through lobby to elevators, you'll see stairs going down (with restrooms painted on the wall). Follow signs to bathrooms. There are two large washrooms with stalls but signing is gender neutral.
They run a lot of events in evenings in the lounge space so that may be better during the day. Downstairs will be a better option then. No hotel key required and events mean people are alerts coming and going.
