To the right of the sanctuary, near the kitchen. No need to go down the stairs. (If coming from the street, use the door to the church nearest to Arlington St to enter the building.) There is a gender neutral bathroom sign on the wall. The bathroom itself has an unmarked wooden door with a lock sign on the outside that will read "engaged" if someone is inside.
Easy access to this restroom on Sunday mornings, and often Saturday mornings if there is an open rehearsal. Other times, the door to the church may be locked, depending on the church's schedule. Friendly progressive church community-- they encourage members to put their pronouns on their name tag to make transgender members feel more welcome.
