Park anywhere (there's handicap parking, but it fills up quick on busy days, Saturdays and such) and head straight through the front gates. Just past the bakery, before the booths where you pay to get in, off the right there are gendered stalled bathrooms but also three "family" bathrooms, all(?) of which have changing tables I think. At least one of them does. The "family" bathrooms are wheelchair accessible I think (I don't use a wheelchair and I'm not familiar with the experience; I just know the bathrooms are pretty wide).
They'll let people in to use the bathrooms about 15 min before the park opens. The park is only open (and thus, the bathrooms I think) May-January. The hours as they currently stand are thus: 10-5 most every day in June, 10-6 every day in July and August, 10-6 weekends and holidays in September and October, 2-9 weekends and 4-8 weekdays in the latter half of November, 2-9:30 weekends and 4-9 weekdays December, closed January, open agaiam in April? I dunno. I'll just post the website link here: http://www.edaville.com/opening-hours?date=2020-01
