"Family" restroom, up the stars to the left side of the lobby after you enter, once up the stairs it is almost immediately to the left. There are larger gendered restrooms downstairs in the lobby, but the one upstairs is unisex. There are single-stall restrooms downstairs in the basement as well but I don't remember if they are gendered or not, I think they are.
You have to pay the admission price for the Museum to go upstairs on most days. However, every Thursday is free and anyone 18 or under is always free. Military ID holders free. Usually can get in free if you mention Hillcrest services without needing any ID or "proof."
