You can get there by entering the storefront on the Macarthur entrance and going left once you're inside, or through the outside area/parking lot. The door is to the left of the airstream and once you're inside the bathroom is immediately to the right.

You have to be a paying customer, but it would be easy to get in via the outside entrance without anyone noticing.
