You have to be eating there already. The cashier will give you the key, which opens both restrooms. Depending on how well you pass there's a chance they'll give you a key attached to a stand with the wrong gender written on it, but as far as I can tell the key still opens both doors, and they're both singles. I didn't even realize they'd allegedly given me a key for the wrong bathroom until I was already in the right one mid-piss.
