There are 2 single-user restrooms. One labelled for women, one labelled for either. The 70 year old mother of the owner doesn't want to share with men who make messes. So, as long as she goes there, there is one women-only room. You will not be run out for going to the rest room before shopping or having a glass of wine. But, the owner would appreciate you considering a purchase if you have used her space.
