There are several. Library: straight through the entrance, turn left in the lobby, first door on your right. Mathematics and Science Hall (MASH): there are eight of these restrooms in the building and every one is located in the central hallway across from the elevator on every floor.
You technically have to be a student to use them and we do have campus security, but if you're college age and you look like you belong there, they probably won't bother you. There is a considerable amount of walking involved to get to each bathroom, so if you have mobility issues or it's an emergency, this may not be the best option.
