Go to the back of the café and turn right, it's the door marked 'Manager'. For paying customers, though staff are friendly, so maybe worth asking if you can just use the loo. RE: accessibility - there is a small step to get into the café, and the bathroom is large, with a large door, but no handrail/emergency cord.
