Not in the church but in their Parish House right next to the church. The bathroom that is typically open to anyone passing by is on the first floor down the hallway and to the right - unisex, single occupancy.
It is accessible to those who use mobility aids other than wheelchairs. The church is affirming so you don't have to worry about that and because they are so close to the St. Martin's train station, they are use to having strangers come by seeking a bathroom.
