On D level (one below street) take escalator down from the lobby and then keep right until you see the restroom signs. It is before the gendered bathrooms. Open 24 hours. No on street parking. Security may ask for ID before going down to D level. If you park in the building there is no problem but it's very expensive to park for very long.
