Right by the main back entrance, near the sleep clinic (NOT by the entrance from Hawkins Drive). It's on the right as you enter and it is wheelchair-accessible.
I don't know how they react to complete strangers, I work in the building next door. There is a receptionist sitting by the entrance, but I was never harassed or even asked what I was doing (I am quite visibly non-cis and generally unusual-looking).
