At the back of the store. Go under the Wonder Woman art on the back wall, turn left. Changing table is NOT in the restroom, but just outside it. Changing table is stocked with diapers sizes 0 through 6, and with wipes. There are also disposable changing pads for hygiene. Restroom has free feminine supplies available as well.
