As it's a small cafe I would recommend pretending to browse or just ask the staff if you can use the toilet. They're quite friendly in my experience. Also, you can enter through the back door by an alley that leads up to a car wash (sign posted) and the cafe garden is on the right for you to possibly enter more discreetly through there.
