Behind the cafe in a corner in the back (if entered from Alekstanterinkatu) and straight ahead (if entered for Unioninkatu). Had two options in different rooms: one with sitting option and one for standing up. The sitting up toilet has seperate stalls. Neither is marked men/women so anyone can use either.
Though located in the cafe, the door is open for all. Though check the cafe out if you have money, it supported Helsinki Pride 2016!
