in the lobby to the left when you enter the building.
no need to pay entry into museum. there are two handicap accessible single stall bathrooms that are also labeled as gender neutral. when i was last there (sept 2019) the museum also had a sign up in the restroom area saying people are allowed to use any bathroom that fits their gender identity.
