(Note: As far as I know, there are none available unless you buy a ticket) Through the front entrance just keep on walking straight. After you give your ticket to the employee, take a left and there is a single-use unisex restroom right on the left-wall. As noted, it is past the point where tickets are taken. It makes Warren Theatre a GREAT theater to choose, as I don't know of any others around that have a unisex restroom. (I have only been once, and it's possible - perhaps even probable - that's there might be another unisex restroom or two in the theater)
