Pull into the shopping center near the Pana Express and McDonald's and then head just north of the Panda Express but before the Sherwin-Williams. The Brakes Plus should be easily seen from the road. If you're in the Walmart, go directly across the street from it (cross Roosevelt) and head left a bit and then south some more. I'm not sure if you have to be a paying customer. There's no sign saying so.
