Go straight through the lobby to and up a small flight of stairs (there is a ramp for access) and continue down the hall. On the left there are two large gender neutral bathrooms. As an able bodied person, I don't know how accessible they really are, but they are quite roomy and have a bar by the toilet, as well as a large door that I think a wheelchair could fit through.
