Go to the stairs near the accessibility ramp on the first floor (closer to E College Ave). If you go up the stairs near the main entrance, you can't get to the bathroom without going through a restricted area. On the 4th floor, make a right, go down the hall, and turn left right before the doors for room 406. You'll find it there.
