At the north end of the building near cafeteria and student store. Look for staff/faculty parking lot, park in 20-minute zone, go inside the building and it's directly upstairs (elevator available).
The college itself is a bit removed from downtown Pasadena but close to the Rose Bowl and I don't know if that venue has safe restrooms.
