Second floor in the corner of the building closest to 3rd and Wall (near the dining area across from the bulletin board). Try to blend in and look like a student? I’ve never seen anyone stopped for using these bathrooms. There are two bathrooms to chose from - one with toilets, one with toilets and urinals. Both bathrooms have stalls for each toilet/urinal. No gender signage. Not 100% sure, but I think there’s changing tables in one of these bathrooms if not both of them.
