When you enter the campus, the bathrooms are the first left right next to the entrance doors. The gender-neutral bathroom is along the wall, so you'll need to turn around at the end of the hallway to see it.
You'll need to show ID on the first floor to get a visitor's pass to enter the building, and you'll need to sign in at the Adelphi front desk. If you're an Adelphi student, you can use your student ID for both checkpoints. The Adelphi campus is a safe space, so no worries about harassment.
