It's right across from the E5 gate just inside the entrance of the men's restroom with a sign that specifically states "all genders."
I was unable to get in and saw no lights under the door, so I waited for about five minutes before I asked for assistance and an employee unlocked the door for me. I don't know if the door locks automatically every time or if this was a one-time occurrence so I'd keep that in mind if you're using this bathroom.
