When you walk in the door, keep going straight to the back past the drink fountain. They are gendered single bathrooms, but hidden enough from the rest of the restaurant that no one should (hopefully) give you trouble. Locking.
I don't know if you have to be a paying customer or not. The staff can't see the bathroom area well anyway though.
