There is a bathroom marked 'MENS' on the basement floor - this one is actually gender-neutral. On the first floor or second floor (can't remember right now), there is a bathroom that is marked for both.
Life Sciences Building is only for use by IIT Students, Faculty, and Staff. However, you do not specifically need to show an ID to use the bathroom. The one in the basement might get you looked at oddly, since it is not as well known that it is for all genders.
