In the back of the shop past the ice cream. Bathroom has a handicap rail, though the hallway leading to the bathroom looked a little narrow. Must be a paying customer to use. The parlor is gay owned and the worker I talked to was very nice! They have some pamphlets including a LGBT+ resource guide for Rehoboth Beach that you can pick up for free.
