When you walk in on the left you’ll see a liquor section sign. Go all the way to that left wall and underneath the “Liquor” sign is a hallway. On the immediate left of the hallway will be a large bathroom with an “All Gender Restroom” sign.
I don’t believe you have to be a paying customer. Though it is a great place to stock up on snacks and drinks, especially if you are traveling.
