It’s a unisex bathroom in a fairly small diner, so it’s right up front, just to the right of the counter.
I assume you have to be since it is a sit-down restaurant, but I didn’t notice any signage that said you had to be a paying customer to use the restroom. But you could always ask just to be sure, the staff seem pretty friendly here. Given that there aren’t a lot of these kinds of bathrooms here in Woodland, I think it’s worth a shot.
