Try to blend in and look like a student? I’ve never seen anyone stopped for using these bathrooms.
There are two bathrooms to chose from - one with toilets, one with toilets and urinals. Both bathrooms have stalls for each toilet/urinal. No gender signage.
Not 100% sure, but I think there’s changing tables in one of these bathrooms if not both of them.
