Garland Hall is located on library lawn. Facing the statue of Judge Vanderbilt, Garland Hall is at the top of the lawn, on the right. Entering the Hall through this door, head to the basement (one floor down). The two restrooms are in the center of the hallway, located on the left. Both restrooms are single-stall and have gender-neutral signage. Are handicap accessible, but I don't recall if their doors are automatic. (The building does have an elevator, but I'm not sure where.) Room numbers 006 and 008.
Should be publicly accessible during business hours. 24/7 access for Vanderbilt students. The building receives a decent number of visitors, so a stranger entering the building won't go noticed.
