The building has two staircases. Both staircases lead to the basement, but only the LEFT staircase leads to the gender-neutral restrooms in the basement. Both restrooms are single-stall and have gender-neutral signage; they're both also supposedly accessible, but their doors are not automatic. I don't think there's an elevator that leads down from the main floor, but the basement is also accessible from a door on the left side of the building. Located near the vending machines in the basement. Room numbers 000LA and 000LB.
Hall is open during business hours. The basement is ill-frequented, so there won't really be anyone around. 24/7 access for Vanderbilt students. (Also, remember to take the LEFT staircase.)
