Fifth floor, turn left out of the elevator, then left again. Go about half the length of the building and turn right. Pass more elevators and there are four individual non-gender-designated restrooms, two on each side of the hall.
If you don't have a university ID you'll need to show a photo ID to get in to the building, but non-ID-holders are allowed M-F 9-6 except during final exams
