Go in main entrance, ask to use the "Family Changing Rooms/Bathrooms" which are available for all and are just west of the registration desk. Also available "Guest Bathrooms" where there is an entrance from the north end of the track, and single toilets/changing rooms in the Guest Bathrooms.
The staff at the registration desk are nice and should be helpful.
