Go upstairs (the second floor - two flights up from the sidewalk), take a left, and go straight back - there are two gendered bathrooms (M/F), both are single stalls.
Not sure if you need to be a paying customer. family-owned business, hopefully they'd let anyone use it. women's bathroom is big, might be accessible but I don't quite remember, unfortunately.
