Go in the main door and through the exit on the right. There's a small newsagents type layout. Walk past that and there's a single unisex toilet on the right. If you go in the doors on the left, walk through the supermarket and out past the tills.
It doesn't always have toilet paper. Bring your own tissues. It's not a very nice toilet but it's unisex and free so it'll do.
