There are two single restrooms that are gender neutral. Sometimes there are gender signs up to reduce confusion with the tourists who would otherwise try relieving themselves in a closet, but no one cares which restroom is used and often they are used interchangeably.
They will ask you to be a paying customer unless you briefly explain your situation (to keep out the vagrant pioneer square population), but they are very lbgtqia+ friendly. If you would like to give back, a couple dollar donation allows you to see the death museum
