If you go into building (there are two doors, the one on the right tells you to use the other door, so use the other door) the washrooms are located in the back of the business on the left hand side. If there is confusion, there is someone to seat you at the front so you may ask them and they will guide you.
Everyone is always so kind there. I always feel very safe when I go there. I only discovered it recently, and I think it is fairly new. Very convenient because my gender therapist is literally in the building above. They let me use the bathroom despite me not bring them business so do not feel obligated to buy something. They should just let you use the washroom if you ask kindly. Also, there is a Snakes & Lattes on Bloor Street W (address number is 600) with, I believe, a single 'All Gender' washroom.
