This bathroom is located on the same floor as the store, above the parking garage and below the street entrance (there are elevators.) It is by the front end, just next to the floral department and close to the elevators.
Mostly accessible going by the checklist but the door handle is a knob, not a lever. This bathroom is open 24 hours a day, like the store. It's a pretty busy store and during daytime hours no one would even notice you're not a customer. Less sure about nighttime hours, but I don't see why there would be a problem. There are gendered bathrooms in the back of the store.
