go to the customer service desk in the back right corner of the store, then through the big doorway on the right then it's the little door on the left. there's one single-stall locking room.
officially for paying customers but they're usually pretty nice. there is a cabinet in the bathroom with free tampons. there's also hot coffee at the desk and you can get free water from the refrigerated display near the café. the water is definitely free, the water is meant for customers.
