Go up the stairs in the deli, which is to your right when you walk in, and to the end of the hall. It's right by the drinking fountains.

This is the only gender neutral restroom in the store, and it's single stall. If people are having their meetings upstairs, there may be a chance of it already being occupied. Additionally, it's very out of the way, and some of the younger employees either don't know it exists or don't bother to clean it, so when it's my turn to clean the bathrooms I make sure to do so thoroughly for this one.
