Go into the children's section, walk past the desk where the librarian sits, and there's a single-occupancy unisex bathroom on the right just after the desk.

I use this bathroom all the time even though I'm an adult and it's in the children's department, and the librarians don't have a problem with me using the bathroom within the children's department, so it really should not be an issue if you're an adult too.
