The bathrooms by the elevator are gendered and have multiple stalls, but if you go all the way into the entrance Cinema 3, you’ll see a sign that says “to restroom.” The short hallway is black, and you go by some projection equipment on the way, but the bathroom is clean and pleasant.
This is not obvious; you really need to know where you’re going. It is also possible to get there by using stairs from the lobby, but I don’t think one can do that without a ticket.
