Go through the main (glass) doors to the KCLSU building, immediately on the right there are 2 gender neutral single stall bathrooms and 1 gender neutral wheelchair accesible toilet
Normally just walk in and there should be no problems. On busy evenings (Thursday and Fridays after 7ish) there may be someone checking college ID cards inside, I think they will let you use the bathroom if you make it clear you aren't trying to get to the SU Bar.
